Engineering Department\nLocation: Indore Plant\nDepartment: Engineering\nReports to: Engineering Manager / Head Engineering\nRole Summary:\nWe are looking for qualified and proactive Officers / Executives to join our Engineering team in various functions including Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, HVAC, Utilities, Engineering Stores, Control Systems, Documentation, and Equipment Qualification/Validation.\nCandidates with experience in any of the mentioned domains in a regulated Pharmaceutical / API / Chemical industry are encouraged to apply.\nKey Responsibilities (based on area of expertise):\nElectrical / Instrumentation / Control Systems (CS):\nMaintenance and troubleshooting of electrical panels, drives, and control systems (PLC/SCADA).\nCalibration and validation of instruments and sensors.\nEnsure power supply reliability and energy management.\nCompliance with electrical safety and audit requirements.\nMechanical Process Maintenance:\nPreventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.\nRoot cause analysis and CAPA for equipment failures.\nSpare part planning and coordination with the engineering store.\nSupport in installation and commissioning of new equipment.\nHVAC / Utilities:\nOperation and maintenance of HVAC systems, AHUs, chillers, BMS.\nUtility equipment management -
