This role includes ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Production Technician will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEquipment Operation:\nOperate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment such as mixers, blenders, granulators, tablet presses, and packaging machines.\nMonitor equipment during operation to ensure optimal performance and identify any issues.\nMaintenance and Troubleshooting:\nPerform routine maintenance on production equipment.\nTroubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and escalate major issues to the maintenance team.\nEnsure equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to SOPs.\nProduction Processes:\nFollow batch records, manufacturing instructions, and SOPs to produce pharmaceutical products.\nMeasure and weigh ingredients accurately and load them into production equipment.\nMonitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.\nQuality Control:\nConduct in-process checks and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.\nDocument production data accurately and promptly in logbooks and electronic systems.\nReport any deviations or non-conformities to the production supervisor.\nSafety and Compliance:\nAdhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.\nWear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.\nEnsure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, and company policies.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\nMaintain accurate records of production activities, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.\nComplete production reports and other required documentation in a timely manner.\nParticipate in regular training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.\nTeam Collaboration:\nWork collaboratively with other production team members to achieve production goals.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.\nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent;
