ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with GMP guidelines.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMachine Operation\nOperate nasal spray filling, crimping, labeling, and packing machines as per the production plan.\nPerform line clearance and equipment setup as per SOPs.\nEnsure correct machine settings (speed, volume, etc.) before and during production.\nMonitor the operation continuously for smooth functioning and product quality.\nRoutine Maintenance & Troubleshooting\nConduct minor maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, and tightening.\nIdentify basic mechanical issues and report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.\nAssist in changeover and cleaning of equipment between batches.\nDocumentation\nFill machine logbooks, cleaning records, and equipment usage logs accurately and timely.\nEnsure compliance with documentation practices as per GMP standards.\nSafety & Compliance\nFollow all safety protocols while operating machinery.\nWear appropriate PPE and maintain personal hygiene in the cleanroom environment.\nComply with quality and regulatory requirements.\nCoordination\nCoordinate with production team, maintenance, and quality departments during operations.\nInform supervisor of any deviations or abnormalities in real-time.\nQualifications & Experience:\nEducation: ITI / Diploma / 12th pass with technical skills.\nExperience: 1-3 years of experience in machine operation in a pharmaceutical/Nasal/Injectable manufacturing unit.\nSkills:\nUnderstanding of GMP and cleanroom practices.\nMechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot machines.\nBasic documentation and record-keeping
