You will design and build cloud-native, full-stack product features and bring Generative AI and AI-agent capabilities into a large, business-critical platform used by global enterprise customers. This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership of architecture, code quality and delivery.\n\nWhat you will do : \n\n- Own features end to end, from UI to APIs, services and data\n\n- Design scalable microservices and cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure or GCP\n\n- Build and ship GenAI features into production : LLM integration, AI agents, RAG pipelines, prompt design and tool calling\n\n- Drive system design reviews and set standards for performance, security and reliability\n\n- Write clean, tested, production-grade code and review code across the team\n\n- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar\n\n- Work with product managers, architects and distributed teams across time zones\n\nMust-have skills : \n\n- 8 - 12 years of hands-on software development, with your recent experience in product companies or funded startups\n\n- Front end : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, with React or Angular\n\n- Back end : Java with Spring Boot, or Node.js, or Python\n\n- Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems and event-driven design\n\n- Cloud-native engineering : AWS, Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes\n\n- Hands-on Generative AI / Agentic AI : LLMs, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering\n\n- Strong system design and data modelling skills, with SQL and NoSQL databases\n\nGood to have : \n\n- LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar agent frameworks\n\n- AWS Bedrock, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI in production\n\n- Kafka or other messaging systems\n\n- CI/CD, Terraform, observability and monitoring tools\n\n- GraphQL\n\n- Experience with enterprise SaaS, ERP or supply chain software\n\n- Daily use of AI coding assistants\n\nWho should apply : \n\n- Currently based in Pune (relocation profiles will not be considered)\n\n- Working in a product company or startup (services-only backgrounds will not be considered)\n\n- Notice period : immediate to 30 days preferred, 45 days at most\n\n- Education : BE /
