and mailings\nCoordinates survey programs and/or events\nReviews and/or compares information/data and makes determination within defined guidelines, parameters, and instruction\nMaintains complex records and files related to surveys, searches and investigates information found in files\nCompiles information and data from various sources for specific departmental reports/surveys, and creates reports, graphs and data comparisons\nPosts records and processes departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional area\nCompletes detailed keyboarding projects such as preparing correspondence from rough drafts and completing specialized departmental forms\nResponds to inquiries that require specialized knowledge of the function to respond\nAbout You\nReading, writing, math and communication skills at a proficient level\nAbility to follow verbal or written instruction\nKeyboarding proficiency\nMath skills at a proficient level\nComputer skills: word processing and/or spreadsheet\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to travel up to ~10% of the time, which may include weekends and evenings, as needed\nMost work is performed
