This is a permanent part time position working on-site from 7:00am to 11:30am Monday to Friday.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollection of shift testing sheets and collation of audit sheets\nCross-checking QA data and updating resort held reports, specification cards and packaging specification documentation\nFilling out of Daily Quarantine summary and collection of review samples to distribute to Production leadership team within daily cut off times\nComplete Data entry for Quarantine ware via Production Quality Register and Daily Quality summary\nRun/update Production reports from predetermined periods as required\nFiling of various sheets/reports in designated daily production files\nRespond to/act on warehouse and sales email requests as necessary\nProfil\nThe successful applicants will:\nHave extensive administrative experience, ideally in a QA/Manufacturingenvironment\n\nHave the ability to be able to communicate appropriately and effectively with stakeholders at various levels\nHave high level organisational skills to navigate and correctly store large amounts of technical data\nDisplay a high level of attention to detail \nShow to ability to work in a team
