the Role : \n\nWe are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead to lead the data engineering track for a large-scale analytics platform supporting a major Oil & Gas enterprise.\n\nKey Technologies : \n\n- AWS Glue, AWS Lambda\n\n- Amazon Redshift, Aurora PostgreSQL\n\n- MSK Kafka, AWS SQS, AWS Transfer Family\n\n- Apache Airflow\n\n- SQL, Python\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead a team of 3 Data Engineers.\n\n- Manage and enhance large-scale data assets and ETL pipelines.\n\n- Drive ETL performance, monitoring and optimization.\n\n- Handle production incidents and P1 issues as part of a 24x7 rotation.\n\n- Deliver enhancements within defined SLAs.\n\n- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.\n\n- Create and maintain runbooks and technical documentation.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering with leadership experience.\n\n- Strong expertise in AWS Glue, Redshift and Aurora.\n\n- Strong SQL and Python skills.\n\n- Experience managing production data pipelines at scale.\n\n- Willingness to work from the Mumbai client site as required.\n\n- Comfortable with weekend/night on-call rotation.\n\nGood to
