recommendations.\n\nModernize reporting through self-service analytics, automation, and AI-assisted insight generation.\n\nData Modeling & Governance\nConnect and model data across Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, and other GTM systems.\n\nBuild scalable analytical and semantic models that support full-funnel reporting and attribution.\n\nEstablish trusted sources of truth through data governance, documentation, lineage, quality, and reporting certification.\n\nPartner with Marketing Operations, RevOps, Finance, Data, and system owners to ensure data is structured and accessible for analytics.\n\nAI-Powered Analytics & Technology\nPartner in evaluating AI tools, platforms, and architecture that support Marketing analytics, reporting, visualization, and business intelligence.\n\nDefine the data, metrics, semantic models, and visualization requirements that support new AI agents and workflows.\n\nDevelop AI-enabled analytics capabilities such as conversational reporting, automated insights, and intelligent visualization.\n\nParticipate in architecture decisions involving MCP, APIs, Snowflake, Salesforce, BI platforms, and other enterprise data technologies.\n\nCross-Functional Insight Partner\nPartner with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business questions into measurable KPIs and scalable reporting solutions.\n\nIdentify performance gaps, pipeline leakage, and optimization opportunities across the funnel.\n\nPresent findings and recommendations with clarity and executive presence.\n\nWhat you bring\nMust-Have\n5+ years in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or a related discipline.\n\nStrong experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.\n\nDeep understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures and B2B marketing funnel metrics.\n\nExperience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure, or similar.\n\nStrong SQL and data modeling skills with experience connecting data across multiple business systems.\n\nExperience with attribution, pipeline reporting, campaign measurement, and Marketing ROI.\n\nStrong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights.\n\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with AI tools, agentic workflows, or AI-driven analytics, including Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, Cursor, or similar.\n\nFamiliarity with MCP, APIs, semantic models, structured prompting, JSON, or context engineering.\n\nExperience with dbt, Python, R, or similar analytics technologies.\n\nExperience in high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.\n\nYou’re the Type of Person Who\nThinks in data models and
