collaboration with development managers.\nKnowledge of AI and modern AI tools and their usage.\nGood experience in API and Integration testing.\nSound knowledge of SDLC and software testing methodologies.\nIn-depth understanding of various software testing types, including Functional Testing, Compatibility Testing, Usability Testing, GUI Performance Testing, and Accessibility Testing.\nAbility to analyze business functions, identify, and derive comprehensive test scenarios (positive, negative, regression, upgrade, UAT testing).\nAbility to understand database design and experience in writing SQL queries for testing purposes.\nRecommend and implement tools and technologies to modernize and scale automation and regression testing.\nDefine, implement, and continuously improve Saviynt’s QE processes and metrics, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.\nCollaborate with Product Management to integrate quality early in the development lifecycle.\nPartner with engineering managers to drive agile practices such as TDD, BDD, and an “automation-first” testing strategy.\nEnsure QE is tightly integrated into the CI/CD pipeline to maintain industry-leading product quality.\nWHAT YOU BRING:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n1+ years of experience as a Principal SDET\nExperience managing cross-functional, matrixed quality organizations.\nStrong leadership, communication, and results-oriented mindset.\nHands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git) and code coverage tools like Sonar.\nProficiency with modern test automation frameworks and a broad set of testing/analysis tools.\nExperience working with globally distributed teams.\nAbility to connect technical capabilities with business
