monthly follow-ups...\nOwns any confirmation/emergency Purchase Orders. \nResolve Claims/blocked invoices problems.\nOwns his sourcing Catalogues and keeps them updated.\nManages customer/supplier expectations. \nCommunicates/implements/documents agreements involving stakeholders as appropriate. \nActively leads the overall assessment of the vendors. \nParticipates and lead cost savings projects. \nEstablishes standard agreements for purchasing works. \nDeploy policy changes to the sites.\nInfluences suppliers to respond and perform favourably in support of all important Savola Egypt OUs initiatives.\nEnsure continuous follow-up on supplier shipments from order confirmation to final delivery, including production tracking and shipping schedules.\nMonitor shipment documentation readiness (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, COA, etc.) before dispatch.\nCoordinate closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers to manage the customs clearance process.\nManage Vendor Interface issues appropriately with the Sourcing or Procurement Buyers as well as Accounts Payable.\n Academic and professional qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.\nExperience:\n1-3 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.\n\nKnowledge:\nBasic knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.\n\nUnderstanding of purchasing systems and procedures.\n\nGood command of the English
