Development Plans (IDPs) and follow up on agreed actions.\nPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and talent management analytics.\nGenerate reports related to recruitment, training, turnover, performance, and talent development.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee and talent management records.\nRelated Assignments\nPerform other related duties or assignments as directed\nAll reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company policies and requirements\nQualifications: -\nᴧ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.\nExperience:-\nᴧ 1-3 years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions.\nSkills: -\nKnowledge of talent management and HR best practices.\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nOrganizational and project coordination skills.\nGood in Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with HR systems and reporting tools.\nGood in
