And with the insurance company the related documents to create the insurance policies for the cargo to be shipped on external vessels and storage sites inside Egypt, a copy of the vessel’s insurance is sent to the broker for customs clearance process.\n\nContacting the shipping agency to get the ETA update to estimate the vessel’s arrival time.\n\nCollecting title documents from the bank along with Form 4, and handing over an original copy of bill of lading to the shipping agent, form 4, the second original copy of B/L along with certificate of origin and invoices to the broker. The third original copy of B/L is kept with the Inbound logistics dept. in case there was a claim with the insurance company for shortages or damages.\n\nMake a clear plan with all the stakeholder to receive the shipments with zero demurrage cost.\n\nInbound Logistics OperationsFollow up with all internal & external concerned parties (Planning, Refineries, foreign Suppliers, B2B Sales, Clearance office, Export and import authority, NAFSA, etc..) to ensure smooth oil transfer to the factory on time and according to the agreed Production/Sales plan.\n\nManage 30 owned oil tanks at terminals with total storage capacity 36,000 tons (35 tanks with cap 48,500 MT after 2024 raising capacity project) and about 55,000 Mt storage in 3PL tanks to ensure the availability for storage tank spaces in terminals& receiving different oil types separately to avoid oil contamination.\n\nFollow up the maintenance of 16 owned tankers & the oil tanks and applying the AM and PM with the coordinating with the engineering team.\n\nArranging with the Health authority to check our tanks before receiving the cargo to ensure that tanks are in good condition to receive oils from vessels and stored in tanks.\n\nEnsure the availability of storage space for the received oil whether in Savola tanks through vessels measurements by SGS surveyors to receive oil or negotiate deals with external companies to rent tanks to store our oil to get space and low prices.\n\nManaging with third party companies (El wattania – Arma – I.O.I – Allseed grain – MI gob) for supplying oil to and from them.\n\nManaging the oil logistics from terminals to the plant as well as from terminals to B2B customer and from the Plant to B2B customers for the refined oils with respect to the customer dispatch plan.\n\nFollow up the QCL results and SME requirements of oil samples to make sure that the received oil quantity is up to standard.\n\nDeveloping new service providers (Logistics transportation Contractors,3PL tanks inside and outside the terminals customs clearance offices).\n\nWorking hand to hand with customs clearance offices to reduce the clearance and COC lead time.\n\nManaging receiving 550,000 tons of raw oils from different types (local &overseas).\n\nDealing and follow up the foreign suppliers in terms of (shipping documents, ETD& ETA vessels all the showstoppers, MTS system) to ensure the effectiveness for the whole process.\n\nPlanning\nSet the oil planning system according to the rolling sales & production forecast.\n\nFollow up the delivery schedules of the oil to ensure that it match with the plan and be proactive in case of any deviation that may affect the production activities.\n\nCoordinate with product developing teams in order to plan for the new items.\n\nOutsourcing\nManaging & controlling the inbound outsourcing operation from ordering stage until receiving of ph\n\nRequirements\n8-10 years of experience in a similar role in a leading industrial organization preferably FMCG.\n\nStrong knowledge of Import Operations, Customs Clearance, and Transportation Management.\n\nExperience in Warehousing, Bulk Terminal, or Tank Farm Operations is preferred.\n\nProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft
