delivery in a minimal time with no extra cost.\n· Monitor price lists and purchase orders to assure compliance to company policies.\n· Apply the periodic supplier evaluation and continuously update the suppliers list with new members to ensure competition and the maximum benefit for the organization in addition to encouraging and supporting the high performance suppliers.\n· All operations are consistent with established policies, processes, and procedures.\n· Adapt to the changes in business plan or goods delivery plans in a way to avoid business or supplier interruption.\nContinuous Improvement\n· Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice,’ improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.\n· Compliance with regulations and effective implementation of standards\nReporting\n· Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet department requirements (clearance, saving, PO & PR compliance OTIF, supplier evaluation, price plan, and credit facility)\nRelated Assignments\n· Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.\n· All reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company policies and requirements\n Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n1-3 years of procurement experience, including exposure to the P2P process, preferably in FMCG.\nGood command of English.\nProficient in MS Office, Business Objects, and
