  • Lead all maintenance activities across the pasta manufacturing facility to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.
  • Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive TPM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and asset utilization.
  • Ensure efficient planning and execution of maintenance schedules while minimizing production interruptions.
  • Monitor and improve key maintenance KPIs, including equipment uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventories, and external service providers to optimize cost and performance.
  • Partner closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to achieve plant performance targets.
  • Identify and lead equipment upgrade, automation, and capital improvement projects.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team through effective leadership, performance management, and capability development.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience within FMCG manufacturing or a large-scale industrial organization.
  • Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and sustaining TPM methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance excellence, reliability engineering, and asset management practices.
  • Experience managing maintenance teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
