specifications, recipes, ingredient lists, approved supplies and SOPs (standard Operating Procedures) of manufacturing new developed products.\n\n Formulate the chemical, physical and instrumental analysis of new products development as required in order to validate/verify the NPs Samples.\n\nImplement GLB (Good Laboratory Practices), Safety and security measures in the innovation central lab to ensure the system implementation and workability of central lab. \n\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement\n\nNumber and quality of improvements are line with corporate expectations and implemented\n\nReporting\nPrepare reports timely and accurately to meet AICE and department requirements, policies and standards\n\nAll reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company policies and requirements\n\nHealth, Safety & Environment\nMonitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude\n\nFrequency of non-compliance with standards, local legislation and company policies on HSE\n\nFrequency of safety incidents\n\nRelated Assignments\nPerform other related duties or assignments as directed\n\nLine manager’s feedback\n\nRequirements\nAcademic and professional qualifications: \nBachelor degree of Agriculture or Science (Chemistry/ Food Chemistry) Universities\n\nChemical/ food Chemical lab certificates are preferred\n\nExperience: \n7-10 years of experience in the same field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Fat industries is preferable.\n\nLocated in District
