relationships with benefits providers and external vendors to ensure quality service and cost efficiency.\n\nContinuously review and enhance total rewards programs based on employee feedback, business requirements, market trends, and best practices.\n\nSupport the development and communication of total rewards policies, guidelines, and employee awareness initiatives to promote understanding and engagement.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, and payroll management, within a leading organization, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs for medium to large organizations.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.\n\nExperience with HRIS and compensation management systems.\n\nStrong vendor management and negotiation skills.\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.\n\nStrategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.\n\nLocated District 5
