Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline processes and improve data management systems.\nProbate and Bankruptcy Case Handling: Manage and process cases involving deceased clients and bankruptcies, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met. Liaise with legal teams, external partners, and family members to facilitate smooth transitions and resolve any issues.\nGDPR Compliance Activities: Ensure all client data management activities comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. Conduct regular audits and reviews of data handling processes to identify and mitigate risks.\nClient Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
