The mainresponsibilityof the position is to executeclientservice in a Professional manner drivingpositive NPS, adheringto the service processesand displayingcompliantbehavior and playing a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base to further enhance the client experience.\nResponsibilities\nProspect Assessment: Evaluate potential clients' readiness to convert into active clients and integrate with Saxo Bank's new capabilities.\n\nLead Conversion: Manage administrative tasks efficiently to convert leads into new trading clients (NTC), ensuring a smooth transition.\n\nClient Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all policies and procedures.\n\nPolicy Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted prudently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nSpecialist Engagement: Collaborate with global sales, asset champions, onboarding, compliance, and sales trading teams to enhance the client experience.\n\nClient Activation: Engage proactively with existing clients to add value and drive growth in existing client Total Relationship Earnings (TRE).\n\nThe position is mandatedto Service clientswithinthe structureand processesin Global Client Services.\n\nThe SCSA alsois mandatedto handle VIP clientsrequestwith priority, and to the extendof othertasks beingassigned(training/feedback), ad hoc from the leader, to handle the planningand executionof thesetasks.\n\nInboundphones\n\nOutboundphones\n\nE-mail\n\nCRM cases\n\nTieredclientset up - with focuson tier1 and belowclients\n\nYour profile\nAs a person you are known for your outmost professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness. You are a curious, collaborative and outgoing person that thrives in different environments. It will be an advantage if you have knowledge or hands-on experience within some of the following areas:\nCandidate with for 3-5 years for Senior Associate\n\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of meeting sales-based targets and KPIs.\n\nYou have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service towards clients\n\nStrong knowledge and direct experience in equities, foreign exchange (FX), and derivatives/margin-based products.\n\nDisplay excellent stakeholder management across Saxo Bank.\n\nBasic mathematical skills, with the ability to perform simple calculations during client interactions without the use of calculators.\n\nA team player willing to share experience and ideas as well as having the ability to communicate at different levels in the organization\n\nProactive work style with a growth-oriented mindset.\n\nExperience from a client support role and the ability to liaise with clients in a timely professional manner\n\nAbility to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures\n\nComfortable in working in a Shift window - 24/5 rotational shifts.\n\nWe get curious people invested in the world\nWhen you work at Saxo, you become a Saxonian and part of a purpose-driven organisation, where good ideas are always taken seriously, and where you can make a true impact.
