You will be responsible for implementing, operating, and continuously improving PAM controls that protect privileged accounts, administrative access, and critical systems across Saxo’s technology landscape.\nWorking closely with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams, you will help reduce privileged access risk through modern PAM practices, automation, and Zero Trust principles.\nResponsibilities\nImplement and manage privileged access controls across on-premises and cloud environments\nAdminister PAM capabilities including credential vaulting, password rotation, session management, and privileged session recording\nOnboard privileged accounts, systems, applications, and service accounts into the PAM platform\nSupport adoption of least-privilege, Just-In-Time (JIT), and Zero Trust access models\nAutomate PAM processes and integrations using PowerShell and APIs\nSupport monitoring, reporting, audits, and access to governance activities\nYour profile\nYou are an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and security engineering. You combine deep technical expertise with a practical, risk-based approach to securing critical systems and privileged access within complex enterprise environments.\n7-10 years of experience in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management, or Cyber Security Engineering\nHands-on experience with enterprise PAM solutions\nStrong understanding of privileged access risks, account lifecycle management, and security best practices\nExperience securing Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, databases, and network devices\nKnowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure environments\nExperience with automation and scripting, including PowerShell and APIs\nExperience working in regulated environments, preferably within financial services\nCertifications & Platforms\nYou have practical experience working with leading PAM technologies and understand how privileged access controls support a broader security strategy. Experience with multiple platforms is highly valued, particularly in enterprise-scale environments.\nExperience with Delinea Secret Server or other Delinea PAM solutions will be considered a strong advantage\nExperience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, One Identity, or similar PAM platforms is also highly valued\nPersonal competencies\nYou are a structured and proactive professional who thrives on solving complex security challenges.
