You are comfortable analysing regulations, validating data, writing automation code, and exploring how modern AI tools can transform software quality assurance.\nResponsibilities\nPerform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of regulatory reporting solutions.\nValidate transaction and position reports across various regulations including EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, FinfraG, MAS, and other reporting regimes.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and automated regression suites.\nCreate reusable test assets and automated validations for regulatory reporting controls and data quality checks.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and transform them into comprehensive test scenarios.\nLeverage AI-assisted testing tools and methodologies to improve test coverage, accelerate test case generation, automate analysis activities, and increase overall testing efficiency.\nInvestigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution efforts.\nDrive continuous improvements in quality assurance processes, testing approaches, and automation capabilities.\nAct as an independent contributor, taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring high-quality outcomes\nYour Profile\n6-10 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Test Automation.\nStrong hands-on experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.\nSolid understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks, particularly EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR etc\nStrong SQL skills with experience validating complex data transformations and reporting outputs.\nExperience working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams.\nAbility to understand complex regulatory and business requirements and convert them into effective test strategies and test cases.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nHands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks such as SpecFlowetc\nExperience writing automated tests using programming languages C#, Python\nExperience using AI-assisted development and testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, AI-based test generation tools) is considered a strong advantage.\nUnderstanding of AI-driven test automation, test case generation, intelligent defect analysis, or automated requirements validation is highly desirable.\nKnowledge of investment banking products, securities, derivatives, listed and OTC products.\nUnderstanding of transaction reporting lifecycles and regulatory reporting architectures.\nExperience working with financial services, trading, brokerage, or capital markets organizations.\nWe get curious people invested in the world\nWhen you work at Saxo, you become a Saxonian and part of a purpose-driven organisation, where good ideas are always taken seriously, and where you can make a true impact.
