We’re looking for a qualified accountant with a sharp analytical mind to join us as our new Financial Planning Analyst. This is a varied role where your insight will help shape strategic and investment decisions across Saxon Weald. Reporting to the Financial Planning & Treasury Manager, you’ll use financial, operational and asset data to help us understand how our homes, services and investments are performing, identify opportunities for improvement and support our long-term financial sustainability.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nProduce clear financial, operational and asset performance analysis to support strategic and business decisions.\nDevelop financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis to inform business planning and investment.\nSupport the development of our long-term business plan.\nAnalyse the performance of our housing stock to support and inform investment and strategic decisions.\nSupport transformation projects, development opportunities and major investment appraisals.\nProvide benchmarking, value-for-money and performance insight to identify opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop dashboards, management information and reporting tools that make data accurate, accessible and useful.\nHelp improve data quality, reporting processes, financial controls and audit trails across the organisation.\nSupport treasury activity, including cashflow forecasting, liquidity planning and covenant monitoring.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou’ll be a qualified accountant, holding an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, with experience in financial, business or commercial analysis. You’ll be confident building financial models, interpreting large datasets and presenting clear findings and recommendations to different audiences.
