below:\n\nJob Title: Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Operator\n\nLocation: Ibadan, Oyo\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nSayed Farms Limited, a subsidiary of Agribond Group, is seeking a skilled and experienced PLC Operator to operate and monitor automated feedmill production processes.\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PLC-controlled systems, feed production operations, and troubleshooting industrial equipment to ensure efficient production, consistent feed quality, and minimal downtime.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperate and monitor PLC-controlled feedmill equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.\nEnsure accurate ingredient dosing, batching sequences, production recipes, and adherence to approved feed formulations.\nMonitor control panels, system alarms, process parameters, and equipment performance to identify and resolve operational issues.\nControl and monitor production processes, including grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, and packaging.\nEnsure compliance with operational procedures, workplace safety requirements, housekeeping standards, and equipment operating guidelines.\nTroubleshoot PLC-related faults and coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation problems.\nCoordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to meet production targets and maintain feed quality standards.\nMaintain production records, batch reports, downtime logs, and other operational documentation.\n\nRequirements\n\nPractical knowledge of PLC systems, industrial control panels, automated production equipment, and process monitoring.\nBasic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate production records.\nAbility to identify operational faults, interpret alarms, and coordinate troubleshooting with maintenance personnel.\nMinimum of three (3) years' relevant experience operating PLC-controlled systems, preferably in feedmill or manufacturing operations.\nOND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work shifts.\nExperience with feedmill processes such as grinding, batching, mixing, and pelleting will be an
