The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing.\nThis role is onsite 5 days a week in LA Mirada, CA\nSenior Warehouse IT Specialist \nAs a warehouse IT specialist, you will be responsible for helping us design, deploy, implement, and maintain warehouse networks, security camera systems, badge systems, alarm systems, printers, desktops, laptops, and other IT assets. A successful candidate should have experience in IT project coordination, a solid technical background, and strong organizational and analytical skills.\nResponsibilities\nProvide exceptional Tier 2 IT support for warehouse operations, including network, laptop/desktop/server, warehouse badge/alarm system, barcode & Wi-Fi printer, scanner, touch screen, PDA, UPS, and other IT-related equipment.\nManage IT equipment inventory, IT assets, and in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) user access privileges.\nPerform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly IT and Warehouse Inspections.\nInspect, audit, maintain, and repair/replace all IT equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.\nDesign, document, deploy, install, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN networks, Access Points, MDF/IDF, video conferencing systems, SAN/NAS, surveillance systems, security cameras, and warehouse system-related IT servers, storage, and applications.\nManage employee onboarding and offboarding.\nCreate and design complex floor plans and elevation diagrams for building, MDF/IDF and IT Infrastructure.\nCreate complex project plans for IT Infrastructure and buildouts.\nCreate standardized IT Warehouse processes and operational procedures.\nWrite SOPs and user manuals and provide IT training to end users.\nParticipate in the local implementation of HQ projects as needed.\nOther projects or tasks assigned by IT and Warehouse Managers and/or /Directors\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent\n8+ years of relevant work experience in IT and networking\nExcellent network skills, such as managing IT server rooms and network switches/firewalls.\nExcellent computer troubleshooting skills (Windows, Mac OS).\nPossesses exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nImplement and maintain a security camera system & badge system.\nNimble and patient with good communication skills.\nWorks independently without supervision\nWarehouse-related IT support experience is preferred.\nCCNP or equivalent\nWork Schedule: \nOffice Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible based upon business needs)\nOn-Call: Monday - Friday, 5 PM - 9 AMSaturday - Sunday, 9 AM - 9 AM\n\nBenefits\nComprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.
