Sazerac Company takes pride in fostering a vibrant culture of innovation, craftsmanship, and excellence across our distilleries and operations worldwide.\nJob Description/Responsibilities\nShift: Rotating 2-2-3 (work two days, off two days, work 3 days)\nHours: 6:45pm-7am\nAs the Batch/Processing Technician you will be responsible for blending, batching, filtering, transferring, calculating inventory tank readings, and preparation of all products to meet the bottling schedule using approved formulas and company specifications.\nWhat You'll Do:\nBlending fixes and final approvals prior to bottling\nBulk receiving and inventory management.\nDocuments blending volumes from the bottling schedule and submits to laboratory for approval.\nSafety, quality control and cleanliness of work area.\nQualifications/Requirements\nRequired:\nTwo years of relevant experience and at least a year of continuous experience in every previous job.\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent and at least 21 years of age.\nAbility to communicate with all levels of an organization, multi-task, work outdoors in the elements\nAbility to operate industrial equipment as required\nPreferred:\nFamiliar with beverage processing and its associated equipment (two years experience in an alcohol beverage industry).\nKnowledge of processing/batching activities.\nTwo years previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.\nPhyscial:\nAbility to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.\nGood vision and manual dexterity.\nCulture and Benefits\nSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
