You will also continue to develop digital marketing tools, working in a team, project management and creative exploration (of course!). Your responsibilities will include interpreting client briefs, developing ownable visual worlds, creating benefit visualizations, copy writing, creating brand toolkits and processing client feedback to improve work. In some instances, the designer may also manage outside design resources for overflow work.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop and execute retailer-specific marketing and point-of-sale materials across a variety of channels and formats.\nTranslate client briefs into compelling visual concepts and retail-ready creative solutions that align with brand strategy and retailer requirements.\nCreate and evolve ownable visual worlds, campaign assets, and benefit-driven visualizations that strengthen brand storytelling at retail.\nSupport the development of digital marketing tools and retail content across multiple consumer touchpoints Ensure consistency across campaigns and retailers. Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback thoughtfully to refine and improve creative work throughout the design process.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, shopper marketing, production, and external vendor partners to ensure seamless execution.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong creative standards and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment In some instances, coordinate and manage external design resources or freelancers to support overflow work and production needs.\nQualifications/Requirements\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).\n3-6 years of experience in graphic design, retail design, shopper marketing, or brand design roles.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating retail marketing, visual storytelling, campaign development, and brand-building capabilities.\nAdvanced proficiency in adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop, indesign).\nExperience designing retailer-specific point-of-sale materials and adapting creative across multiple retail environments.\nStrong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and brand systems.\nAbility to interpret strategic briefs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.\nExperience managing multiple projects and timelines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.\nPreferred:\nExperience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), spirits, beverage alcohol, or retail-focused industries.\nExperience developing digital retail assets, ecommerce content, or omnichannel marketing materials.\nFamiliarity with print production processes and preparing files for vendor or production handoff.\nExperience collaborating with legal, regulatory, or retailer-specific approval processes.\nExposure to copywriting, campaign messaging development, or conceptual ideation.\nExperience managing freelancers, external agencies, or production vendors.\nCulture and Benefits:\nSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
