industry.\nJob Description/Responsibilities\nThe Fleet Coordinator keeps daily transportation operations moving by coordinating loads, scheduling pickups and deliveries, maintaining shipping documentation, and communicating with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate fleet loads, pickup and delivery appointments, and shipping schedules.\nCommunicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to support on-time deliveries.\nProcess BOLs, PODs, manifests, freight invoices, and other transportation documents.\nMaintain accurate information in TMS, SYS21, and related systems.\nSupport fleet compliance, reporting, inventory, and shipping activities.\nHelp identify opportunities to improve transportation processes and service.\nFollow all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.\nQualifications/Requirements\nWhat You'll Need\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n2+ years of relevant experience.\nStrong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nPreferred\nTransportation, logistics, shipping, distribution, or supply chain experience.\nExperience with ERP, MRP, WMS, or TMS systems.\nUndergraduate degree or alcoholic beverage industry
