This role will report to Sazerac Global Media Supervisor to activate media frameworks, optimize campaign performance, and ensure flawless execution across global markets.The role combines Media expertise, analytical capabilities, and operational excellence to deliver efficient and effective media campaigns that maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.\nWorking cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, E-Business, Shopper, Analytics, agency partners, media vendors, and local market teams, this individual ensures media plans are executed consistently while adapting to market-specific needs and opportunities.\nMust:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nIndependent self-starter who can work autonomously.\nExperience working within global or multi-market media environments.\nSolid expertise on paid media buys across tv, radio, ctv/olv.\nHands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across meta, google, programmatic, tiktok, and other digital advertising platforms.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong understanding of media metrics, campaign reporting, attribution, and performance measurement.\nStrong planning, organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nSelf-motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.\n3+ years of experience in media planning, media buying and campaign execution.\nQualifications/Requirements\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of marketing mix modelling, media measurement, attribution, audience targeting, and marketing effectiveness methodologies.\nExperience working directly with media vendors, publishers, and advertising platforms.\nPhysical:\nAbility to read and write.\nAbility to pay attention to detail.\nWillingness to travel internationally (up to
