Working alongside experienced attorneys, you’ll contribute to real-world projects that strengthen Sazerac’s operations, compliance, and business strategy-all while building foundational legal and professional skills that will serve you throughout your career.\nLocation: Louisville, KY\nConduct legal research and draft memoranda, contracts, and other documents under attorney supervision.\nSupport implementation and process improvements within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.\nAssist with discovery, subpoena responses, and litigation-related documentation.\nProvide research and administrative support for employment and labor-related matters.\nContribute to compliance initiatives, including regulatory filings and internal policy updates.\nParticipate in e-discovery, document management, and records retention projects.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to support ongoing legal and operational priorities.\nQualifications/Requirements\nCurrently enrolled in an accredited Juris Doctor (J.D.) program and have successfully completed at least one year of law school.\nStrong academic performance\nWork part-time during the academic year and full-time in the summer\nDetail Oriented\nExcellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills\nExcellent writing skills\nExceptional organization, prioritization, & project management skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nEager to learn across multiple areas of law and business\nPreferred\n2-years of successful work experience\nStrong academic performance;
