Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional, Sazerac provides extraordinary opportunities for growth with competitive salaries and benefits in an exciting, entrepreneurial industry.\nJob Description/Responsibilities\nAs a Payroll Analyst you will lead the payroll process within Ceridian Dayforce with a focus on customer service and accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. You will lead the ongoing payroll process with a focus on continuous improvement, areas for streamline, automation and enhancement and will be responsible for payroll audit to assure payroll, tax, regulatory and financial compliance. You will also provide analysis of payroll process via defined metrics.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProcess and submit multiple payrolls, run and review reports to ensure accuracy, and prepare ad hoc reports as requested using the payroll system.\nWork with Accounting as needed to resolve any general ledger issues and perform audits to ensure accuracy. \nEnsure compliant payroll for taxable income, withholding, and required deductions. \nEnsure issues and concerns are dealt with through proactive communication and ensure inquiries are responded to quickly and completed in full.\nQualifications/Requirements\nRequired:\nBachelors Degree or commensurate experience\nAt least 5 years relevant experience\nStrong understanding of local, state and federal payroll tax laws and experience resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries\nDemonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed\nPreferred:\nExperience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG industry\nProficiency in using payroll software or systems for end-to-end global payroll processing like ADP Globalview, ADP Celergo, Ceridian Excelity and Kronos Time & Attendance - Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.\nStrong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and Benefits \nCulture and Benefits:\nSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
