Sazerac Company takes pride in fostering a vibrant culture of innovation, craftsmanship, and excellence across our distilleries and operations worldwide.\nJob Description/Responsibilities\nThe Processing Coordinator supports daily manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate production records, coordinating information across teams, and helping ensure inventory and production data are up to date. This role requires strong Excel and ERP system skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with production data in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training will take place Monday through Friday before transitioning to C Shift, Wednesday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMaintain and update production records, reports, and data using ERP systems, including NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel.\n\nCoordinate processing information and documentation to support production schedules, inventory accuracy, and daily operations.\n\nReview production data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and communicate issues to the appropriate teams.\n\nPrepare and maintain reports that help monitor production performance, inventory, and operational metrics.\n\nWork with Processing and other departments to support process improvements and ensure accurate, timely information.\n\nQualifications/Requirements\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\nExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment.\n\nExperience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.\n\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.\n\nPreferred\nExperience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.\n\nExperience with Power BI or other reporting and data visualization tools.\n\nBilingual in English and Spanish.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment and move throughout the facility as needed.\n\nAbility to stand, walk, and perform occasional bending or reaching while supporting operations.\n\nAbility to work the assigned schedule and maintain reliable, in-person attendance.\n\nCulture and Benefits\nSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
