This role is hands-on and team-focused, driving performance through strong leadership, clear communication, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in developing team members while partnering across departments to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals\nSupervise, coach, and develop team members through training and performance management\nMonitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies\nIdentify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste\nPartner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operations\nQualifications/Requirements\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree required\nThis is an entry level role requiring roughly 2 to 5 years (maximum) supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred:\nExperience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices\nExperience working with ERP systems and production reporting tools\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance\nAbility to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods\nAbility to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed\nCulture and Benefits\nSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
