The Production Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader who develops team members, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and helps create a culture focused on operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nLead, coach, and develop hourly production team members while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.\nOversee daily bottling operations to ensure production, quality, and efficiency goals are achieved while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.\nMonitor production performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.\nPartner with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to resolve operational issues, optimize line performance, and support business objectives.\nManage production documentation, employee performance, and workforce planning activities to ensure efficient operations and team development.\nQualifications/Requirements\nRequired: \nBachelor’s degree\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.\nAbility to analyze production data and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred:\n2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operating environment\nPrevious leadership or supervisory experience.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying temperatures.\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.\nCulture and Benefits\nSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
