This role is responsible for building and managing training programs that support employee development, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The Training Manager will partner closely with operations leadership to identify skill gaps, develop structured learning programs, and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement across the organization.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and implement training programs that support operational performance, compliance, and employee development\nCreate and maintain structured training matrices, onboarding programs, and frontline development plans\nManage the Learning Management System (LMS), track training completion, and monitor training effectiveness metrics\nFacilitate leadership development, skills training, and workforce development initiatives across manufacturing teams\nPartner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business goals\nQualifications/Requirements\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred\n7+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or workforce development\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods\nExcellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills\nPreferred:\nExperience working in manufacturing, production, or CPG environments\nExperience with Alchemy LMS or similar learning management systems\nBilingual in English and Spanish and/or certifications in training or instructional design\nCulture and Benefits\nSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
