This is an onsite role at our Jeffersonville, IN location.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials and finished goods. This role oversees inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, export and military orders, and warehouse team performance while supporting operational excellence across the supply chain. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in driving safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nLead, coach, and develop warehouse team members while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.\nOversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure customer and business requirements are met.\nMonitor inventory accuracy, manage ERP transactions, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory, logistics, and operational issues.\nCoordinate export, military, and specialty order shipments while collaborating with freight providers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory management, customer service, and overall supply chain performance.\nQualifications/Requirements\nRequired: \nBachelor’s Degree\nAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.\nStrong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred: \n3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.\nExperience with ERP, WMS, MRP, or other supply chain management systems.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to work in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and elevated noise levels.\nAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.\nCulture and Benefits\nSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
