We are building the energy and infrastructure future-today.\nCome join us in accelerating the energy and infrastructure transition!\nBasic Function\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Project Manager to support the successful planning and execution of data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of construction project management who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. \nResponsibilities\nSupport Project Managers in coordinating design and construction efforts across multiple stakeholders. \nAssist in reviewing and interpreting technical documentation, including architectural plans and MEP specifications. \nHelp maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items to ensure clear communication across teams. \nTrack project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using scheduling tools. \nAssist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and change order documentation. \nCollaborate with internal teams and external consultants to gather and organize project inputs. \nPrepare regular status reports and support the team in presentations and client meetings. \nHelp identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed. \nQualifications/Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent industry experience. \n8+ years of professional experience.\n2-5 years of experience in construction or engineering project support roles, with exposure to data centers or large mechanical/electrical systems preferred. \nBasic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and project coordination. \nFamiliarity with reading construction drawings and technical documents. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). \nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. \nLocation: On-site near Lubbock, Texas.\nBase Pay - $140,000-$190,000\nThe pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks-while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
