We are building the energy and infrastructure future-today.\nCome join us in accelerating the energy and infrastructure transition!\nBasic Function:\nThe qualified candidate will oversee hyper-scale data center projects from site due diligence, campus planning, conceptual/schematic/detailed design through construction documents, and construction administration. The ideal candidate has experience managing the design of colocation and hyper-scale data centers, has a background in electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nResponsibilities:\nLead data center due diligence and design teams to deliver projects that meet the client’s requirements, on schedule and to a high degree of quality. Design disciplines will include architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, fire protection, ICT, and BMS/EPMS. \nDevelop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans. \nHost and attend meetings with clients and external stakeholders. \nProactively manage and communicate change throughout the project \nIdentify problems early and develop creative solutions. \nProactively communicate with all stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve outstanding issues. \nDevelop technical and financial proposals for new and add/move/change data center design projects \nDevelop trusting relationships with client stakeholders/buyers \nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering \n6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education \nExperience with data center design management & engineering \nLean Six Sigma Certification \nActive or recent leadership in data center and mission-critical trade organization \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nAbility to work in dynamic \nTeam leadership skills \nStrong interpersonal and presentation skills \nLocation: Redwood City, CA; San Diego, CA; Denver CO, Phoenix, AZ, or Remote\nBase Pay: $150,000-$200,000\nThe pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks-while ensuring internal parity across our teams. The compensation range provided reflects base pay.
