This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business where you’ll play a critical role in managing operations, stakeholder relationships, and compliance across multiple sites.\nBased in Manchester, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the cleaning contract, ensuring service excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Travel to Stansted and East Midlands Airports will be required.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure delivery of cleaning services in line with contract specifications, budget, and client expectations.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive satisfaction and retention.\nOversee and manage sub-contractors\nOversee and support the vetting and onboarding processes, ensuring full compliance with airport governance protocols.\nProactively manage service quality through regular site visit, audits and performance reviews.\nLiaising with the supply chain, coordinating and scheduling site visits to align with client requirements.\nLead account development plans, identify risks, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement. \nHandle operational and personnel issues with discretion and effectiveness.\nPrepare and present accurate reports within deadlines.\nBe flexible to meet operational demands.\nAbout You\nProven experience in Account or Contract Management within soft FM, ideally with cleaning services in complex or regulated environments.\nStrong knowledge of vetting/governance processes, ideally in aviation or similar high-security sectors.\nExcellent administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills.\nConfident communicator with the ability to build rapport across multiple stakeholder levels.\nCommercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.\nComfortable with travel and flexible working hours as needed.\nIn return you will receive\nYou’ll be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values its people, promotes from within, and continues to grow at an exciting pace.\nIf you thrive on responsibility, enjoy delivering exceptional service, and want to make a real impact-we’d love to hear from you.\nYou will also receive:\n20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays\nAdditional holiday day to celebrate your birthday\nCar allowance (10% of salary)\nPension scheme \nInternal mentoring scheme\nContinued development and learning through access to SBFM learn\nRegular company events and activities\nNewly renovated Head Office with onsite gym\nCommitment to SBFM Values\nBe a Good PersonWe give people opportunities and embrace their inherent goodness.
