You will play an important role in supporting our cleaning teams and ensuring that consistently high standards are maintained across our sites.\nA company van, fuel card and mobile phone will be provided, along with the cleaning equipment required to carry out your role.\nFor this role, frequent travel between Leeds and the surrounding areas will be required.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nAttending sites to resolve any cleaning issues and bring sites up to the required standard\nProviding hands-on cleaning support where required, including hoovering floors and cleaning and sanitising surfaces\nEnsuring that the required standard of cleaning is consistently delivered in line with agreed specifications\nSupporting cleaning teams and helping to maintain high standards across allocated sites\nEnsuring health & safety legislation and company procedures are followed at all times\nResponding to ad hoc requests from the Management Team\nEscalating any concerns or site-level intelligence to the relevant Manager\nCompleting stock checks and following the agreed process for ordering supplies\nWorking effectively with colleagues, Regional Managers and Area Managers\nSupporting with the training and induction of new cleaners\nCarrying out regular site visits and checks to ensure standards are maintained\nProviding additional support to sites and cleaning teams where required\nQualifications and Skills\nDemonstrable experience in a similar role within facilities management or contract cleaning\nA proactive approach with an excellent eye for detail\nMethodical, organised and able to manage your time effectively\nSelf-motivated, confident and approachable, with a ‘can do’ and flexible attitude to work requirements\nExcellent client focus and a proven track record of service delivery\nComfortable working in a hands-on, mobile role across multiple locations\nA team player who is able to support and motivate others\nFull UK driving licence\nThe successful candidate will receive:\n£30,000 salary\nCompany van\nFuel Card\n20 days holiday plus bank holidays\nPension Scheme\nInternal mentoring scheme\nRegular company events\nCommitment to SBFM Values\nBe a Good Person\nWe give people opportunities and embrace their inherent goodness.
