We offer a competitive compensation package, flexible and hybrid work schedules, and a comprehensive benefits program to attract and retain the best professionals in the field.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nNone.\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:\nMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, macros, and power query.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nKnowledge of compensation practices, principles, and regulations.\nTYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCollect, analyze, and interpret compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.\nUtilize advanced Excel skills to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports.\nParticipate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results to benchmark company positions.\nDevelop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making processes.\nAssist in job evaluations and the development of job descriptions to ensure accurate classification and alignment with compensation structures.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.\nProvide support in the administration of annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity awards.\nCollaborate with HR and management to communicate compensation policies and procedures effectively.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS:\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, business periodicals, professional journals, and technical bulletins are essential requirements for this role. The ability to write routine reports and business correspondence is required. Must be able to effectively deliver oral presentations and to respond to questions from groups of managers, engineers, and colleagues daily. Job success requires effective interpersonal communication and relationship development skills. Job tasks require frequent interchange and effective interaction and communication with all levels of personnel.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS:\nThe ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as commissions, proportions, and percentages, and to apply concepts of basic algebra are required.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThis role requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, good vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
