We offer a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits program to attract and retain the best professionals in the field.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPlans, schedules, coordinates and oversees the work of all Project Controls activities at the project level.\nEDUCATION\nNormally requires a four-year technical degree.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\nMinimum of 10 years of EPC, alliance or construction project scheduling experience.\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or scheduling tools.\nStrong knowledge of CPM, resource loading, and schedule integration.\nAbility to read and interpret project contracts, scope, and technical drawings.\nStrong analytical and leadership skills.\nTYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules.\nFacilitate interactive planning sessions\nPerform schedule risk analysis and critical path identification.\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction leads to ensure schedule alignment.\nSupport project reporting, including progress updates, forecasts, and milestone tracking.\nAssist in schedule recovery planning and scenario analysis.\nMentor junior schedulers and review their work.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nAbility to read and write in the English language.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nBasic mathematical skills required.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nWe are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our project control’s team at job site locations across the Southern United States. This role requires flexibility and a strong commitment to travel, as candidates must be willing to accept field assignments based on project needs and demand.\nThis requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb and balance.
