Kandinsky - команда Сбера, которая разрабатывает собственные фундаментальные генеративные модели для изображений, видео и моделирования физического мира. Мы работаем на границе актуальных исследований и инженерии, стремимся делать технологии мирового уровня.

Мы занимаемся полным циклом создания моделей: от архитектуры, данных и обучения на больших вычислительных кластерах до post-training и оценки качества. Сегодня один из ключевых фокусов команды - строить вокруг моделей полноценный AI-бизнес: запускать массовые пользовательские продукты, инструменты для креаторов и маркетинга, агентные сценарии и новые форматы контента

Обязанности

  • с нуля собирать и запускать новые AI-продукты
  • разрабатывать backend на Python: FastAPI, async, Pydantic
  • при необходимости самостоятельно закрывать frontend на React + TypeScript
  • создавать LLM-приложения, tool calling, RAG и агентные сценарии
  • интегрировать продукты с моделями генерации изображений и видео, LLM и внешними API
  • проектировать API, схемы данных и архитектуру сервисов
  • быстро собирать MVP, проверять гипотезы на пользователях и развивать то, что работает
  • доводить свои решения до production и отвечать за их работу после запуска
  • активно использовать AI-агентов в ежедневной разработке

Требования

  • Python 3.11+, FastAPI, Pydantic, async
  • PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy / SQLModel, Alembic
  • Docker, Git, CI/CD
  • Опыт создания LLM-приложений и работы с AI API
  • Понимание архитектуры API, надёжности и производительности сервисов.

будет плюсом:

  • React + TypeScript
  • Cursor, Claude Code, Codex или другие AI-инструменты разработки.
  • MCP и агентные фреймворки
  • опыт создания собственных агентов
  • Kubernetes, Helm
  • React Flow / XYFlow
  • опыт запуска собственных продуктов или работы в сильных стартапах.
