Задачи

  • разработка и эксплуатация инструментов сборки и развертывания операционной системы
  • диагностика и устранение нестандартных проблем и сбоев операционной системы
  • самостоятельное выявление нештатного поведения ОС и отклонений в работе, анализ причин и подготовка рекомендаций по предотвращению повторных инцидентов
  • взаимодействие со смежными командами по вопросам решения возникающих проблем
  • анализ диагностических данных и участие в расследовании инцидентов.

Мы ждём от кандидата

  • опыт работы в поддержке или администрировании Linux от 2х лет
  • опыт работы с Linux, включая: общее понимание архитектуры системы, процессы и управление ими, работу файловых систем и моделей прав доступа, systemd и управление сервисами, работу с пакетными менеджерами и репозиториями, диагностику проблем с использованием стандартных системных утилит, понимание работы сетевых протоколов
  • опыт разработки скриптов с использованием Bash и/или Python
  • опыт работы с системой контроля версий git
  • опыт работы со службами каталогов (MS AD): настройка Linux-клиентов для работы в доменной среде, диагностика проблем аутентификации и авторизации
  • понимание принципов информационной безопасности в корпоративной среде (сертификаты, шифрование LUKS, TPM, secure boot)

Будет плюсом

  • опыт работы с дистрибутивами на базе Debian
  • опыт работы с Jira и Confluence (ведение задач, документации и базы знаний)
  • опыт работы с AI инструментами.
