Наша задача - создавать персональные предложения полезных для клиентов продуктов в релевантных каналах коммуникаций.

Обязанности

  • анализ эффективности запускаемых кампаний и пилотов
  • проведение исследований по причинам изменения метрик эффективности
  • поиск и анализ новых источников данных для улучшения качества рекомендательной системы
  • разведочный анализ данных совместно с DS-командой, проверка гипотез на данных, определение приоритетных направлений для исследований
  • создание проверок качества данных и требований для систем источников.

Требования

  • уверенное знание SQL (оконные функции, умение читать план запроса и т.д.)
  • опыт работы в Python (библиотеки - pandas/numpy/matplotlib/seaborn)
  • умение презентовать результаты своих исследований и объяснять сложные вещи простыми словами
  • знание основ статистики (методология оценки А/В-тестов, проверка гипотез)
  • навыки анализа большого массива данных
  • аналитическое мышление и умение систематизировать информацию.

  • опыт работы с Hadoop, Spark.
