Наша команда разрабатывает AI-агентов для обслуживания юридических лиц и внутренних процессов Банка. Агенты предназначены для быстрого решения вопросов клиентов, анализа основных клиентских жалоб, поиска корневых причин обращений, выставления задач на ответственные подразделения.

Обязанности

  • разработка и внедрение AI-агентов (включает реализацию планировщика, оркестратора, создание Python-оберток для API, RAG и интеграцию с системой управления правами для обеспечения уровней доступа в зависимости от канала)
  • разработка тестов для оценки знаний AI-агентов по продуктам и создать тестовые датасеты для проверки корректности ответов агентов для типичных клиентов банка
  • формирование тестовых датасетов для дообучения Gigachat, чтобы повысить вероятность корректного вызова API
  • совместно с центрами компетенций в SberDevices разработка оптимальных шаблонов агентов и мультиагентных систем, помогающих эффективно отвечать на запросы клиентов по продуктам
  • разработка подробной баы знаний, охватывающей топ-90% тем обращений клиентов (она должна включать инструкции, часто задаваемые вопросы и сценарии работы с клиентскими обращениями)
  • тестирование агентов, вывод в ПРОМ, поддержка, развитие и тиражирование.

Требования

  • практический опыт работы с фреймворками LangChain и GigaChain
  • умение проектировать AI агентов, интегрируемых в бизнес-процессы
  • опыт работы на Python от 2 лет
  • опыт работы с микросервисной архитектурой
  • умение взаимодействовать с REST API и базами данных.
