Продукт позволяет гибко строить финансовую модель банка на различных этапах подготовки БП и прогноза с контролем и анализом поступающих данных. Расчет циклической аллокации расходов со сбором исходных данных, настройки правил распределения, отчетностью для пользователей.

Проект миграции рассчитан на 4+ года, включает этапы исследования, сбора требований, проектирования, разработки, тестирования, внедрения, оптимизации и поддержки с участием различных заинтересованных сторон.

Обязанности

  • Проектирование и реализация AI-агентов для автоматизации бизнес-процессов
  • Участие в поиске и валидации процессов, применимых к агентному подходу
  • Прототипирование и оценка эффективности агентных решений
  • Интеграция агентов в продуктивную среду
  • Взаимодействие с командой разработки и аналитиками для внедрения решений

Требования

  • высшее образование: ИТ, Математика, Статистика, Технические специальности
  • практический опыт разработки на Python от 2 лет, включая асинхронные сервисы и веб-фреймворки
  • практическое владение методиками Prompt Engineering и опыт внедрения LLM-моделей
  • практический опыт с LangChain, LangGraph или аналогичными фреймворками для построения агентных систем
  • понимание принципов NLP и опыт работы с NLP-пайплайнами
  • уверенное владение инструментами анализа и обработки данных: Pandas, NumPy
  • хорошее понимание устройства больших языковых моделей и влияния структуры промптов на качество ответов
  • навыки написания тестов (pytest) и поддержания качества кода; понимание базовых практик CI/CD и код-ревью
