Agent & Capability Owner отвечает за развитие агентного слоя Конструктора комплексных решений - архитектуры AI-агентов и registry из tools, skills и agents, которые обеспечивают создание и исполнение пользовательских сценариев.

В основе Конструктора находится мастер-агент - универсальный агент, который распознаёт интенты пользователя, динамически подгружает нужные tools, skills и agents из registry, планирует сценарий, оркестрирует его исполнение и управляет им.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • развитие архитектуры мастер-агента
  • формирование и развитие единого registry возможностей платформы
  • развитие архитектуры агентных сценариев
  • развитие архитектуры GenUI (A2UI) - агента, который динамически формирует нативный пользовательский интерфейс сценария (agent-to-UI)
  • Обеспечение устойчивого исполнения сценариев через durable-execution на Temporal
  • инженерное лидерство и развитие команды
  • управление развитием агентной архитектуры.

Для нас важно:

  • глубокий опыт Python-разработки (senior/staff-уровень): production-код, проектирование, тестирование, производительность, чистая архитектура
  • практический опыт агентной разработки на LangGraph (или прямых аналогах: LangChain, собственные графовые/оркестрационные фреймворки) - не пилоты, а реальные системы в проде
  • опыт durable-execution / workflow-оркестрации (Temporal - большой плюс; либо аналоги: Cadence, Airflow, собственные оркестраторы)
  • опыт проектирования платформенных архитектур
  • опыт работы с API и сервисной архитектурой
  • опыт работы с распределёнными системами
  • опыт технического лидерства: рост команды, code review, принятие архитектурных решений и ответственность за них.
