Команда разработала и внедрила большое количество ML моделей в процессы банка, наши модели улучшают клиенсткий опыт, помогают снизить отток и формируют персональные рекомендаций для клиентов. С помощью стека разработанных моделей, команда улучшает внутренние процессы банка, а так же платные продукты и сервисы для клиента. Мы ищем в команду ML инженера, который поможет лидировать направление разработки ML моделей в команде, улучшать стек текущих моделей и разрабатывать новые.

Обязанности

  • погрузиться в процессы и продукты компании, с целью улучшения процессов с помощью ML
  • разрабатывать и тестировать новые гипотезы связанные с ML моделями на табличных данных
  • разрабатывать MVP решения с использованием LLM моделей (промпт-инжиниринг)
  • разрабатывать ML модели с учетом требований банка и последующего вывода их в ПРОД
  • готовить аналитику результатам работы моделей и презентовать ее заказчикам
  • участвовать в развитии ML инструментов и тех. стека Банка.

Требования

  • опыт работы по направлению Data Science от 3х лет
  • знание Python ML стека (pandas / sklearn / catboost )
  • опыт использования LLM
  • умение переложить гипотезу с бизнес терминов на техническую реализацию
  • развитые коммуникативные способности для эффективного общения
  • знание SQL / Git / Pep8.

Будет плюсом опыт:

  • промышленной разработки на Python от 1 года
  • внедрения ML решений в бизнес процессы
  • работы с BigData стеком (Hadoop / PySpark)
  • работы с Linux, bash.
