Обязанности

  • быстро собирать прототипы агентов и навыков, подтверждая PoC
  • технологически лидировать направление RnD и консультировать смежные команды
  • работать над оптимизацией существующих и разрабатываемых решений
  • строить систему оценки качества агентов: evals, метрики корректности ответов, LLM-as-judge
  • определять стек разрабатываемых агентных-решений.

Требования

  • практический опыт создания решений на LLM в продакшене: агенты, навыки, tool/function calling, RAG, промпт-инжиниринг как инженерная дисциплина
  • опыт разработки агентов на Langchain/Langraph, знание MCP и A2A
  • опыт построения evals: метрики, автоматическая оценка качества ответов
  • уверенное владение Python, опыт коммерческой разработки (4+ лет)
  • опыт с микросервисной архитектурой, REST API, базами данных
  • ответственность за продуктовый эффект, а не только за код
  • заинтересованность в изучении и применении новых технологий

Будет плюсом:

  • Java (интеграции с внутренними API), Docker, Kubernetes
  • математическая база, привычка мерить всё метриками
  • open-source, публикации, доклады.
