Ищем опытного тимлида DevOps, который возглавит команду инженеров, обеспечит дальнейшее развитие и укрепит культуру инженерного совершенства. Будешь отвечать за сопровождение технологической платформы CI/CD, гарантируя её надёжность, масштабируемость и простоту использования сотнями продуктовых команд.

Обязанности

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • управлять командой, ставить задачи, развивать сотрудников и координировать их работу
  • взаимодействовать с другими департаментами, налаживая коммуникацию между разработчиками, бизнесом и заинтересованными лицами
  • планировать цели, распределять задачи и регулярно обсуждать прогресс на встречах 1:1
  • непрерывно улучшать процессы мониторинга, сопровождения и автоматизации инфраструктуры

Требования

Мы ждём что ты:

  • имеешь опыт управления командой Dev/DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure не менее трех лет (команда минимум от 6-7 человек)
  • обладаешь опытом работы инженером Infrastructure/DevOps или SRE
  • глубоко понимаешь принципы и практику DevOps
  • уверенно владеешь методиками CI/CD и автоматизацией инфраструктурных процессов
  • успешно реализовал проекты построения, масштабирования и поддержки крупных и надежных IT-систем

Будет плюсом:

  • наличие опыта работы с искусственным интеллектом, навык создания AI-агентов и применение их в рабочих процессах
  • знание инструментов искусственного интеллекта для анализа данных, генерации кода и автоматизации задач
  • опыт работы с нашим текущим техническим стеком (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Vault, ELK, FluentBit, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, GitLab, Gitea, Bitbucket)
  • программируешь на Python, Go, Groovy или Bash
