Что ты будешь делать:

  • Осуществлять ведение клиентов по всем Digital Media (ежемесячный бюджет от 10 млн / мес)

  • Осуществлять управление CSI (обеcпечение высокой клиентской оценки >8)

  • Участвовать в развитии клиентов (апсейлинг бюджетов или каналов под цели и задачи клиента)

  • Выстраивать доверительные отношения с клиентами, регулярно проводить встречи и презентации для клиентов, глубоко вовлекаться в изучение бизнеса клиента, ежедневно поддерживать коммуникацию с клиентом, соблюдать дедлайны, решать спорные вопросы и нестандартные ситуации

  • Вести контроль над документоборотом по клиентам в управлении и дебиторской задолженностью

  • Контролировать выполнения финансовых показателей по клиентам в управлении (план - факт)

Мы ждем, что у тебя есть:
  • Знание digital-инструментов, систем аналитики, структуры рынка и поставщиков
  • Опыт работы с крупными клиентами и сложными проектами
  • Умение расставлять приоритеты, формулировать цели и задачи и планировать рабочее время
  • Опыт работы с документами (договоры и приложения на работы, акты, счета)
  • Умение работать в пакете MS Office - PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel

  • Гибридный формат работы с 10:00 до 19:00
